What you'll do:

Client is looking for a Sr. RPA Developer to join our enterprise application team. As a Sr. RPA Developer, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain automations using UiPath. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that streamline workflows and boost productivity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, possess strong collaboration skills, and have a customer-focused mindset.

Position Details:

• Position: UI Path Developer
• Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid
• Job Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Major Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath, following best practices and standards
• Support and enhance existing automations, including bug fixes
• Lead the deployment of UiPath robots, workflows, and automation processes
• Test automation solutions thoroughly for accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT support to ensure successful automation projects
• Stay updated on UiPath features and evaluate their potential for use
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to maintain quality

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• At least 5 years of experience with UiPath automation development
• Experience with UiPath modules such as Document Understanding, Process Mining, Test Suite, and GenAI
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams within an Agile environment
• Curiosity about new technologies and their implementation
