About the Role As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work. Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback. Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI/UX designs. Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI/UX designs to the developers and customers. Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web and mobile applications. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders. Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis. A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity. A keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
