We're looking for a creative videographer who knows how to shoot, edit, and package engaging content that performs on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is more than just a filming job — you’ll help us craft viral moments around flipping houses, startup building, and real estate investing.
Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Film walkthroughs, on-site videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes
- Edit short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Add subtitles, motion, music, and trending formats
- Repurpose long-form videos into viral short clips
- Help storyboard and pitch engaging ideas weekly
- Stay up to date on trends and audio that perform well
- Optimize content for reach, retention, and storytelling
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut
- Strong understanding of what works on social media
- Portfolio of viral or high-engagement videos (preferably in business, real estate, or lifestyle)
- Ability to work independently with fast turnaround times
- Own filming equipment or be local to shoot in Las Vegas (preferred)
