The Opportunity
Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. You will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM’s primary lines of effort (LOEs), focusing on counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural topics, and collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues to help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2’s priorities in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Produce or modify organization web, SharePoint pages, and templates; support GUI development and improvements; support new USCENTCOM J2 web tools and interface requirements.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash), ASP, JavaScript, Final Cut Pro X, Mac hardware, Map Publisher, MS Office, SharePoint, and other tools to support development initiatives.
- Design and illustrate abstract ideas and technical subject matter for visual presentations, web design, and administrative products.
- Determine visual requirements for print, web, or other media; propose solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide weekly progress reports to leadership on ongoing and new requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, ASP, JavaScript, Final Cut Pro X, Mac hardware, Map Publisher, MS Office, SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with organizational partners.
- Effective communication with military and civilian officials.
Desired:
- Experience supporting COCOM or national-level intelligence agencies.
- Knowledge of USCENTCOM intelligence support operations.
