Winston is seeking passionate and energetic Visual Merchandisers with in-store merchandising experience, including apparel, accessories, mannequin styling, and creating creative displays. Visual Merchandisers (MC) develop and execute merchandising strategies in departments such as women’s, men’s, home, pet, and baby within designated Walmart locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing high-level merchandising according to planograms, managing sizing, stocking, and merchandise filling.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and building relationships with Walmart Store Management.

• A passion for retail merchandising in a lively environment.
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging visual displays.
• Ability to interpret and implement planograms on the retail floor.
• Skills in stocking and setting products on walls and fixtures.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and dedication to elevating retail presentations.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with store personnel and providing written reports.
• A smartphone for reporting purposes (iPhone 6 or newer with iOS 12.0+; Android devices no older than 5 years with Android OS 9.0+).

Experience and Skills:

• Experience with mannequin assembly, styling, and updating.
• Proven ability to develop and implement elevated visual concepts.
• Friendly, energetic demeanor with a passion for retail merchandising.
• Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for entire shifts.
• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours/week on weekdays.
