Healthcare Marketing Manager
Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Marketing Manager (HMM) to join our dynamic firm. The HMM helps increase the firm's healthcare practice visibility, positioning among competitors, and winning work. Responsibilities
Marketing communication strategy planning
- Collaborate with market sector and corporate marketing leadership to develop an effective yearly healthcare marketing plan aligned with growth and business development goals, including participation in BD plan development. Implementation planning
- Work with healthcare market leaders, business developers, and seller-doers to create marketing project briefs for all projects in the yearly plan. Management and creation of marketing communications
- Oversee internal and external creative providers, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of marketing and PR projects. Personally write and design content when necessary. Elements include: Global and regional collateral materials Social media Website Design Awards Conferences/speaking abstracts Special events/colloquia Knowledge management
- Lead the development of project stories, response materials, maintain knowledge base, monitor market trends, and utilize CRM tools. Connector
- Act as a link between healthcare sector leadership/SMEs and Corporate Marketing, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or related field; master's preferred. Minimum 10 years of healthcare marketing experience; additional engineering, architecture, or construction experience preferred. Proven success in developing marketing strategies and campaigns; business development experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and key players. Ability to collaborate across organizational units, including healthcare sector and corporate marketing.
