Sr. Web Content Administrator

COHERE is seeking a Senior Web Content Administrator to support our client with the design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple websites supporting the Intelligence Community. The role involves establishing and maintaining effective collaborations with customers, end users, and team members.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Serve as SME, processing in-depth knowledge of Web Content analysis.
- Serve as SME for SharePoint Online management, administration, and development.
- Manage file migration from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
- Manage web environment design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Perform testing and quality assurance of websites and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
- Work with developers to create and operate internal and external websites.
- Develop, manage, update, and modify websites from project initiation to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Design processes and strategies to improve SharePoint look and feel.
- Implement and maintain user-friendly designs ensuring optimal user experience and 508 compliance.

- Manage SharePoint website editorial activities, including gathering and researching information.
- Quickly understand and utilize new concepts and technologies.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage projects such as e-marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate testing routines for adequacy, sufficiency, and effectiveness.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- 5-10 years of relevant SharePoint experience.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Flash Player.
- Familiarity with WordPress, ServiceNow, and SharePoint Online, including previous versions.
- Strong writing skills at the collegiate level.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with communications and web development activities.
- Experience managing content delivery via social media platforms.
- Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision.
