The redesigned site must effectively integrate with Spektrix ticketing/CRM solution, which controls all functionalities The ideal website will pull content directly from the Spektrix system and will provide a portal for members and patrons to access and interact with their patron data, history, and benefits. The website vendor is expected to communicate with Spektrix at all stages to successfully complete this project. To be effective, the new website must: Provide intuitive, clear ticket purchase and donation paths throughout the site. Create clear paths to information surrounding events, donation/membership options, venue rentals, and historical content for both venues.
