Web Developer L2 - TS/SCI Poly required

We are looking for an innovative, motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking development team creating enterprise-level web-based services. This team designs, creates, maintains, and troubleshoots multiple web-based applications deployed in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Web Developer L2 opportunity:

1. Eight (8) years of experience as a Web Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional Web Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
2. TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly required.
3. Demonstrable work experience with one or more of the following:
   • Python
   • Java
   • .Net C#
   • PHP
   • Node.js
   • HTML
   • CSS
   • JavaScript
   • Vue.js
   • React
4. Experience with MariaDB, MS SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
5. Experience leading small teams and/or mentoring junior developers.
6. Experience deploying services in Linux environments.
7. Nginx, Apache Tomcat, and/or IIS experience.
8. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
11. Good interpersonal skills.
12. Strong desire to learn and grow.
13. Experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, ASG, Lambda) or Azure cloud environments.
14. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, and Python.
15. Experience working in an Agile development environment and Git.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $121,000 – $161,000 annually.
