You will inspire customers to express themselves in their home, assist with sales, and promote customer engagement with our Brand. Responsibilities
Assist clients through design consultations in-store and in-home, driving sales. Conduct in-home consultations, accurately measuring and assessing spaces. Create and present design plans based on client needs and preferences. Stay informed about sales and promotions to meet sales goals. Assist customers with services like gift wrap, registry, merchandise locating, and special orders. Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment. Criteria
Strong communication and customer follow-up skills. Ability to handle complex orders across sales channels. Design experience preferred. Ability to prioritize and multitask. 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, retail experience preferred. Physical Requirements
Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely. Full-time availability; part-time must include weekends and two weekdays. Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
