We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can lead the design and development of scalable, high-impact learning experiences across diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Consult with internal stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments and define performance objectives. Design and develop engaging, scalable learning programs (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, performance support). Apply adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and UX principles to create learner-centered solutions. Develop course materials including storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments. Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Suite, etc.) to build interactive eLearning modules. Collaborate with LMS administrators to publish, track, and optimize learning content. Use data to evaluate learning effectiveness and iterate based on learner and stakeholder feedback. Balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-growth, agile environment. Qualifications 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in corporate or fast-paced environments. Proven flex/pivot ability to manage multiple projects from discovery through delivery. Experience creating impactful, employee focused onboarding/new hire learning experiences. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across varied content formats. Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Experience with LMS platforms, learning analytics and SCORM requirements. Proficiency in eLearning development tools and media editing software. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience in designing for technical, field-based, and sales teams. Familiarity with agile project management methods. Exposure to video-based learning and scenario-driven simulations.
