For more information about the company and product line visit: sigsauer.com.Position Summary:SIG SAUER, Inc is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to assist in a variety of marketing efforts to support the Electro-Optics Division of our business. This position is designed to be highly collaborative, providing frequent interaction with the Product Development, Project Management, New Hampshire-based Marketing, and Sales teams. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company's corporate objectives. This position reports to the Brand Manager of Electro-Optics.FLSA:
ExemptJob Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Brand Manager with tracking and executing go-to-market milestones for current product and brand campaigns.Work with Marketing Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets and information related to external media partners.Facilitate timely and comprehensive communication with third-party marketing vendors (creative agencies, freelance photographers/videographers, etc).Assist Brand Manager in the administrative support for external brand partners and ambassadors.Work with New Hampshire-based Creative team to concept, produce, and implement Sales materials for new product.Work with Digital/eCommerce team to ensure up to date imagery, descriptions, and pricing are reflected on our website at all times.Work with Oregon-based Project and Product Management teams to facilitate strong interdepartmental collaboration and alignment with broader Marketing team.Ensure frequent and efficient communication with Social Media Manager as it relates to Electro-Optics.Assist Brand Manager in the tracking and measurement of marketing initiative performance against corporate goals.
Education/Experience & Skills:1-3 years experience in Marketing preferredBS/BA Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldBasic knowledge in Adobe Suite (specifically Illustrator)Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of productsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, and planning skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAdept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of marketing communications.Willing to travel to organized events as needed, and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc.
