Technical Writer
in the Washington DC/Virginia area. The Technical Writer develops and manages documentation critical to the success of the NGB SAPR Program. This role ensures all written materials adhere to NGB guidelines and support program objectives.

Document Development : Create SOPs, information papers, and other critical documents in alignment with DoD and NGB guidelines. Program Analysis : Develop monthly SAPR Initiatives Update Information Papers summarizing emerging trends and impacts. Annual Reporting : Support the creation of the NGB’s contribution to the DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault. Payrate:
$31.47 Hourly Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree. Three (3) to Five (5) years of related technical writing, data analytical and reporting skills. Experience with National Guard Bureau (NGB) publication writing guidelines, policies and manuals. Experience with Program strategical analysis. Exceptional technical writing and editing skills. Familiarity with NGB publication standards and SAPR policies. Attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be a US Citizen.
