Travel:
Approximately 5% domestic travel is required per year.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts and tableau experts to develop solutions for complex business problems and create innovative reports for business leaders and field representatives;
Serve as a technical lead/data architect for reporting development, analyzing raw data from sources like tableau, data extracts, server, Excel, snowflake, and redshift;
Manage MS Lifelines and Oncology Tableau Dashboards, reports to analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance;
Lead KPI presentations, collaborate with teams, and facilitate data-driven action planning;
Extract, organize, and manipulate data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other databases using SQL, ensuring connectivity for report and dashboard creation;
Utilize AI and predictive analytics for product launches, market predictions, and trend analysis;
Work extensively with HIV/Fertility data and APLD Patient data to generate predictive analytics, patient journeys, and market share insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information management, or a related field, with five (5) years of relevant experience;
Proven ability in big data analytics, computing, and applied mathematics;
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Python, and R for data engineering and analytics;
Knowledge of hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, Bayesian inference, and time series analysis;
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry data analysis;
At least three (3) years of experience working with machine learning and AI models.
All experience may be gained concurrently.
