How a Unified Communications Analyst Mid Will Make an Impact: Perform site surveys to support VoIP platforms, MS Teams deployment, AVAYA legacy, Nortel Legacy, Analog, Digital, and POTS line technologies. Administer and troubleshoot Avaya modern and legacy platforms, Cloud-Based Phone Systems, MSTP, Nortel legacy, Analog, Digital, and POTS line technologies. Identify equipment needed for deployment to support all lines of service. Update trackers for configuration and installation of core system components and endpoints. Install, test, document, and train on new solutions. Identify potential problems and respond quickly to mitigate system performance impacts. Assist with asset accountability and UC system baseline, including inventory tracking. Support all aspects of UC Operations and Maintenance, ensuring standards are met. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Education:
Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience). Required Experience:
3+ years in the industry. Related Technical Skills:
Avaya Telephony Systems, MS Teams, MSTP, Cisco platform, Microsoft TAC, Power BI. Clearance:
Top Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI access. Location:
75% CONUS travel. GDIT Benefits:
