We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping top content creators and podcasters grow their audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. We repurpose long-form content into short-form viral clips that drive views, engagement, and business growth. We’re obsessed with helping creators win—and we’re looking for someone who is too.

We’re hiring a Senior Content Producer to own the quality, performance, and strategy of all video content. You’ll lead our editing team, manage the strategy behind what gets made, and ensure every clip that leaves our company is built to win. You’ll work directly with the founder and act as the bridge between client goals, viral performance, and our internal production team.

If you’re passionate about creators, social media, storytelling, and building high-performing teams—this role is for you.

• Review & Approve Content: Oversee all content before it’s sent to clients. Ensure each piece of content is up to quality including: storytelling, hook strength, catching spelling errors and glitches, and platform fit.

• Strategy & Performance: Track analytics across clients. Spot what’s working and what’s not. Adjust strategy to help creators grow.

• Team Management: Lead our team of editors. Provide feedback, conduct 1:1s, and ensure output stays aligned with brand goals.

• Hiring & Onboarding: Help source, vet, and train new editors that meet our creative standards.

• Hands-On Support: Jump into Premiere Pro when needed to troubleshoot or guide edits.

• Client Vision Alignment : Understand each creator’s voice and goals—and help our team deliver on that vision consistently.

• 3–7+ years in content production, with a focus on social media content such as short-form video for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels etc.

• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and what makes content go viral.

• Previous experience managing creatives or leading post-production teams.

• Exceptional pattern recognition and editorial judgment—can spot a great clip from a mile away.

• Expert-level in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Organized, detail-obsessed, and energized by high standards and fast turnarounds.

• U.S.-based with EST hours (Florida-based is a huge bonus for potential in-person collaboration).

• Comfortable using tools like Discord, Google Drive, Click Up, Notion, and Slack.

This is the most strategic role we’ve hired for to date. You’ll directly influence client success, team growth, and how we scale. You won’t just be reviewing videos—you’ll be helping shape the company.
