Technical Writer/Business Analyst
Fully Remote - EST hours (team in CT and Raleigh)
3-months contract could be extended
Key Responsibilities: •Create inventory of non-model tools used for reporting •Excel file (non-model tools) review and data validation •Process documentation and standardization- inputs, logic, data flows, outcomes, assumptions •Support Risk review of Non-Model tools along with Tool Owner Key skills/experience qualifications for the role: •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data validation •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills •Experience in process documentation, standard operating manual writing or workflow mapping •Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively •Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with automation tools (e.g. VBA) is a plus but not required
