Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote UX Researcher II to join our team. As a part of our global UX team, they ensure our products are user-focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We're currently seeking a mid-level researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products. Our global UX team is a passionate and diverse group of professionals, and we'd love to have you join our community. Responsibilities include:
UX Researcher II will plan studies and conduct research Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights Makes recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products As a UX Researcher II, you will work with designers to iterate and test solutions Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors Recruits participants for studies
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics Basic knowledge of statistics to communicate the significance of research outcomes Ability to lead small to medium projects independently Ability to analyze data from studies effectively Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Human Geography or other relevant subject area Suggested years of experience: 2-4 years Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework Understanding of the U.S. legal system
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
