Marketing Development Representative , you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth by nurturing opportunities for Insight’s sales team. You will conduct inbound and outbound outreach (e.g., emails, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging) to reach prospective customers in specified GTM segments. You will also: Research using Marketing Technology tools to identify potential leads and target markets. Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and other methods such as marketing programs, intent data, and sales collaboration. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their fit with our offerings. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in Salesforce (CRM). Be AmbITious:

What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative and good time management.
