Leading marketing automation (MA) and CRM operations. Understanding integration with CDP and CRM systems, resolving sync issues, and collaborating on new integrations. Creating complex, consumer-centric customer journeys. Designing, launching, and tracking targeted online campaigns. Developing customized digital experiences using CDP and CRM tools. Creating marketing assets, segmenting queries, QA, and deploying campaigns. Ensuring digital communications comply with quality, ethical, and legal standards. Streamlining processes and improving online engagement and efficiency. Developing and evolving CRM/MA strategies for digital innovation. Ensuring multi-channel user experience consistency and tracking. Implementing tracking codes and configuring reporting. Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROI. Supporting leadership with presentations and requests. Managing CRM/MA team workflows, projects, and deadlines. Working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver campaigns. Reporting on project and team performance. Administration and Team Management:
Managing vendors and junior staff as needed. Leading a team of CRM and MA specialists. Maintaining ticket management and status reporting systems. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Digital Marketing or related. 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign management within CRM/MA systems (D365 required, Salesforce a plus). At least 3 years in digital marketing leadership. Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices. Strong data analysis skills for decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations is desirable. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
