Understands integration with Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and can work through syncs, issues and new integration needs alongside CRM team members. Creating and implementing complex, logic-driven, consumer-centric consumer journeys. Designing, launching, and tracking online campaigns tailored to markets and personas. Designing and implementing unique, customized digital experiences using CDP and CRM resources. Developing service line campaigns and marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, and e-newsletters; query segmentation; QAing and deploying into our CRM/MA ecosystem and integrated platforms, including forms on owned websites. Proactively ensuring all digital communications (email, direct mail, SMS, etc.) meet high standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance (HIPAA, ADA, California Consumer Privacy Act, GDPR). Optimizing processes and leading efficiencies, recommending more effective ways to handle requests and enhance online engagement and performance using existing tools and technology. Helping establish short- and long-term CRM/MA strategies, ensuring the organization evolves in leveraging CRM/MA technology for smarter, faster, and more efficient digital solutions. Ensuring seamless, multi-channel user experiences and tracking across marketing assets and web properties. Applying code for tracking and configuring related reporting. Supporting campaign execution, tracking, and reporting, with ongoing optimization of conversion rates and ROI. Assisting department leaders with presentations and ad hoc requests. Supervising overall CRM/MA processes and daily workflows, assigning projects, monitoring deadlines, and prioritizing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborating with content, web, graphic design, and marketing technology teams to deliver and ensure the accuracy of campaigns. Providing statistical reports on project performance and team output. Leading marketing automation (MA) and CRM operations. Understanding integration with CDP and CRM systems, resolving sync issues, and collaborating on new integrations. Creating complex, consumer-centric customer journeys. Designing, launching, and tracking targeted online campaigns. Developing customized digital experiences using CDP and CRM tools. Creating marketing assets, segmenting queries, QA, and deploying campaigns. Ensuring digital communications comply with quality, ethical, and legal standards. Streamlining processes and improving online engagement and efficiency. Developing and evolving CRM/MA strategies for digital innovation. Ensuring multi-channel user experience consistency and tracking. Implementing tracking codes and configuring reporting. Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROI. Supporting leadership with presentations and requests. Managing CRM/MA team workflows, projects, and deadlines. Working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver campaigns. Reporting on project and team performance. Administration and Team Management:

Managing vendors and junior staff as needed. Leading a team of CRM and MA specialists. Maintaining ticket management and status reporting systems. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Digital Marketing or related. 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign management within CRM/MA systems (D365 required, Salesforce a plus). At least 3 years in digital marketing leadership. Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices. Strong data analysis skills for decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations is desirable. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
