Position overview We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to provide program management services for go-to-market execution of viewer-focused marketing campaigns, including static banners, microsite content, social media activations, etc., for a tech client. Responsibilities Develop timelines, milestones, and go-to-market plans for various campaigns across health, learning, civics, digital citizenship, and main app experiences. Monitor and troubleshoot deliverables to ensure cross-functional alignment and campaign excellence. Support communication and execution of go-to-market initiatives, including events and media outreach. Supervise client milestones and provide regular updates, including biweekly meetings if necessary. Understand client project requirements, proactively communicate questions and concerns. Coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders, perform quality checks, brief third parties, and monitor campaign execution. Analyze campaign performance data and report as needed. Manage routine deliverables such as weekly updates, briefs, and follow-ups from meetings. Develop and deploy on-platform promotions and social activations to support campaigns globally. Manage channels: analyze channel performance and upload videos for local launches, with client approval. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience in the online space. Minimum 4 years of program management experience in the online space. Preferred experience in the large tech industry. Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, emphasizing actionable insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working remotely with minimal supervision, strong managing-up instincts. Entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to client and team success. Proficiency in Excel modeling/analysis and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. This role is remote-first with some travel as needed for client interactions.
