As a Sr UX Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform impactful product and design decisions. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, you'll bring clarity to complex problems and help create experiences that resonate. The Experience Design Research Team is seeking a Sr XD Researcher to join us. This individual will collaborate with product managers, XD designers, and other researchers to bring innovative solutions to our advisors. Responsibilities: Develop research plans, workflows, user task analysis, personas, journey/experience maps, process flows, and service blueprints. Lead user research through all stages of the product lifecycle: planning and conducting usability studies, analyzing data, heuristic evaluations, facilitating workshops, and usability testing. Present findings to cross-functional teams and negotiate trade-offs between business goals, technical challenges, and customer experience.
