Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Position Summary Nurp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Performance Marketing team in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. This role is pivotal to the organization’s growth and will involve shaping our performance marketing strategy across paid social, programmatic, search, and emerging channels. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and lead small teams while engaging hands-on in their work. This role requires independent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing and other departments. It is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead a small marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, and display advertising. Set cross-channel media strategy and budget plans. Manage a large-scale media budget to ensure efficient customer acquisition and ROAS. Oversee creative development to ensure messaging and visuals are compelling and aligned with brand and performance goals. Integrate SEO with paid media efforts for search success. Shape the tech and analytics roadmap to support analysis, AI-powered bidding, and campaign orchestration. Set performance targets, monitor campaign metrics, and optimize accordingly. Create ROI models to measure and scale marketing efforts. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to align marketing with business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation. Manage budgets strategically to maximize value. Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years in Performance Marketing, especially within SaaS industry. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, SEO, and paid media platforms. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Proven success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies. Benefits
