At Diamond Cut Marketing Inc., we’re looking for individuals who are eager to grow, lead, and make a long-term impact. As a Sales and Marketing Leadership Trainee , you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and customer interaction inside well-known retail locations—then quickly move into developing, guiding, and supporting a growing team.This is not just another entry-level role—this is your launchpad into leadership.
Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies
Help drive campaign success by sharing insights and supporting new team members
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is a plus
18–$24/hr base pay + weekly performance bonuses (OTE $52k–$62k)
~ Fast-track growth into team leadership and management roles
~ Ongoing mentorship, training, and support from experienced leaders
~ Hands-on experience with major brands in a professional retail setting
