Job Description
Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Experienced Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients. We proudly represent clients in various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as USCIS Asylum Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, Work permits, and more.
We are seeking a Remote Writing Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Immigration Legal Proceedings. We are looking for an attorney with immigration experience who is familiar with writing motions, appeals, briefs (9th circuit, BIA), and reviewing USCIS applications to ensure they are ready for submission. This position is fully remote, so we are looking for someone with experience in legal writing and familiarity with immigration processes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy.
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and provide actionable feedback.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing.
Familiarity with various legal documents.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
