Part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager. Location:
Fully remote environment. Preference for candidates in US Eastern, GMT, or GMT+1 time zones; other qualified locations considered. Key Responsibilities:
Email and Campaign Execution:
Design, implement, and manage digital campaigns in SFMC; build email templates; optimize for deliverability and engagement; conduct A/B testing; develop lead nurture journeys. Automation and Journey Building:
Set up, monitor, and refine automated workflows and customer journeys based on segmentation and goals. Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze campaign data; develop reporting structures; communicate insights to teams. Data Management:
Manage data extensions, segmentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Collaboration:
Work with global and regional teams; support ad-hoc automation requests; collaborate to improve processes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years in marketing automation; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred (Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). 3-4 years in marketing automation roles. Strong HTML, CSS, Ampscript skills; experience with A/B testing, analytics, SQL. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Additional Qualifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus; other marketing automation platform certifications beneficial. What We Offer:
