Senior Recruiter, Enterprise Delivery at Creative Circle
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Photographer at a leading telecommunications company. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality imagery that supports brand storytelling, product marketing, executive communications, and internal culture initiatives. Your photography will help visually define how our brand is experienced across digital, print, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional still photography for a variety of needs including product shots, executive portraits, lifestyle imagery, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Photograph sporting events and experiential marketing activations, capturing dynamic, high-energy moments that reflect brand engagement and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and content producers to plan and execute photo shoots that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit, retouch, and prepare final images for use across web, social media, internal communications, and print.
- Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects the brands tone and identity.
- Manage and organize photo assets, including metadata tagging and archiving in the company's digital asset management system.
- Scout locations, source props, and coordinate logistics for on-site and in-studio shoots.
- Ensure all photography complies with legal, usage rights, and brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial, editorial, or corporate photography.
- Demonstrated experience capturing live sporting events and/or experiential marketing events.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in both studio and field environments.
- Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, tech, or B2B brands.
- Familiarity with video production or hybrid photo/video shoots is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems and metadata best practices.
- Ability to direct talent and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
