Support Gainwell’s goal of creating innovative solutions for better health and human services outcomes. Support full product development lifecycle including design, bug verification, system analysis, and release testing. Investigate defects identified by QA and support teams. Assist in designing and developing end-user training courses. Collaborate with management and technical teams to meet client expectations and specifications. Serve as a SME on market trends, product systems, network architecture, and interfaces. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product design and support, preferably in health and human services. Knowledge of technology architecture, product development lifecycle, cloud tech, SaaS, and platform configurations. Experience with Agile Scrum, GitHub, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web services, Web applications, Event Sourcing, Razor, and Kendo (preferred). Leadership qualities with willingness to mentor junior staff. Proactive problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills. Role Expectations
Fully remote position. Travel opportunities (0-10%). Note: Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation. Application deadline: 6/30/2025. The salary range is $69,400 - $99,200 annually, with variations based on location, experience, and skills.
