We are looking for a
Senior to Lead level UX Designer
to join our
Rapid Experimentation Program . This hands-on role involves creating rapid design iterations to optimize our Ecommerce site experience and generate significant business impacts. Candidates must have experience in Ecommerce, including product lists, product pages, checkout processes, search, navigation, and a passion for site optimization and experimentation. You will collaborate closely with data analysts and contribute a strong UX perspective. Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills are essential for success in our fast-paced environment. The role is based onsite in our SF Office with an option to work from home on Fridays.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, proficient in Figma
Ability to quickly produce multiple design solutions for experiments
Proven track record of impactful optimization improvements
Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced schedule and projects
At least 5 years of experience in Ecommerce with a deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
Ability to contribute to a strategic vision for Ecommerce enhancements
