Web Content Specialist
to support our clients' external-facing digital projects including websites, emails, and other platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong HTML skills, web content management experience, and a collaborative mindset to help achieve Marketing and Sales business goals. Perform web edits using HTML, ensuring proper style, layout, metadata, SEO, and 508 compliances. Manage content updates using CMS platforms while adhering to brand and legal standards. Conduct testing for new web designs and content updates; document results and perform UAT. Support and edit client email communications ensuring message accuracy and brand compliance. Use analytics and SEO data to optimize content layout, navigation, and user experience. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align digital content with strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
in Communications, Marketing, Writing, or related field. Minimum
1 year of experience
in web editing, writing, or content management. Proficient in HTML and CSS Familiar with CMS platforms (Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint, TeamSite, etc.) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Strong grasp of web usability, SEO best practices, and accessibility (508 compliance) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent proofreading and editing skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia will be considered for this position.
