Job Description: Social Media Manager - Creator-Focused We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join a dynamic content team focused on supporting creators. In this role, you'll lead the social presence for a major platform, bringing the brand voice to life and crafting compelling content that educates and inspires creators. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a sharp eye for storytelling and detail. Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and calendar coordination across social platforms. * Conceptualize, write, and create original copy that stands out and engages audiences. * Build and maintain a dedicated broadcast channel to share product updates and best practices with creators. * Pitch, develop, and plan innovative social content that highlights the platform's value to creators. * Collaborate with editorial leads to ensure the content calendar is accurate and current. * Identify and amplify social trends, and propose collaborations with influential creators. Required Skills * Social media management * Social media marketing * Platform expertise (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) * Digital marketing * Trend analysis and creator community engagement Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field. * 4+ years of experience managing social media for a large brand or organization. * Deep understanding of the creator economy and current social trends. * Fluent in internet culture and platform-specific best practices. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
