Our client, a growing brand in the beauty space is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer. This is a direct hire or temp to hire opportunity that is fully remote. Chicago based candidates preferred but flexible for the right candidate.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the creative and the production design process from conception to implementation of packaging, print and digital for projects across the 3 brands. The Graphic Designer has a keen eye for design and organization and attention to details in the design process. This role will work closely with the Brand Management teams and the Creative Director. This position requires to manage and juggle several projects / priorities simultaneously.

Responsiblities

• Creation and execution of branded packaging in accordance with set Brand guidelines and templates.
• Create packaging dielines and structure mockups, working with external supplier partners as needed by project.
• Handle production proofing and approval of artwork, adhering to artwork approval process.
• Collaborate with Brand teams to develop and execute creative materials to drive greater sell-in and sell-through, including product catalogs, mailers, sale sheets, displays, trade show booths to drive greater sell-in and sell-through including ecommerce imagery, advertising, trade show imagery and all content.
• Design emails and digital ads for brand promotions.
• Partner with digital/social team to maintain website and Instagram through visual trends.
• Assist with special projects as needed including support with trend research and analysis of shifts in the market, planning and art directing photo / video shoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 7 years+ of experience in graphic design
• Refined aesthetics with experience in beauty or a lifestyle category
• Able to juggle several projects / priorities simultaneously
• Prior experience working within a lean team or startup environment and comfortable in this type of environment
