This is a hybrid role- you will work from home and will be required to travel throughout Arizona, Austin, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Utah. The ideal candidate will reside in one of these markets.

Field Marketing Director
to lead a team and the marketing efforts across some of our most dynamic regions. This role supports key markets including Arizona, Austin, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Utah. You will partner closely with two Regional Presidents and collaborate directly with agents, managers and field marketing specialists to drive Coldwell Banker Realty’s value proposition through bold and localized execution.
You will be on the ground where it matters, building relationships, driving strategy, and fueling business growth.
In this position, you will lead a team and have a direct hand in shaping recruiting and retention strategies, launching innovative marketing campaigns, and leading field support that delivers meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong communication and leadership skills, and is energized by both one-on-one coaching and large group initiatives.

Responsibilities Include
Own the development, execution, and results of the company’s local marketing plan, including advertising, strategy, and tactical implementation, and clearly communicate the progress regularly to internal stakeholders. Maintain a significant presence in the market by interacting with local senior leaders on strategies that support the agent value proposition. Select, provide strategic direction, and develop marketing managers located in the region to support local operating company marketing needs. Work proactively in the field to promote marketing initiatives and assist agents/employees with marketing, by leveraging marketing managers and specialists. Develop relationship with top-producing agents to support their marketing and business goals, focusing on the company’s products and programs Effectively communicate the Coldwell Banker marketing suite and technology stack and its benefits and provide support Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages, identifying opportunities, and working with company leaders to connect competitive advantages with actionable strategic decisions Exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external customers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Real estate brokerage or agency experience Persuasive oral and written communication skills and strong listening skills Polished public speaking ability, capable of delivering compelling and professional presentations Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Candidates For The Position Must Have
Minimum 8-10 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company with 4 years of team lead experience at management/Director level Experience in social media, online and traditional advertising Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
