Neutral Digital is seeking a proactive Digital Producer to join our growing team. You’ll lead the production of bespoke interactive experiences, from touchscreen installations to immersive web, Unreal or Unity projects. About the job
This is a hands-on production role working across a wide range of digital projects. You’ll lead projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with clients, developers, designers, and 3D artists to bring complex interactive ideas to life.
Your core focus will be to drive the project vision, creativity, quality and client goals making sure our work maintains the high production values Neutral Digital is known for. You’ll act as the central point of contact for the clients ensuring production work runs smoothly. You'll work with a Project Manager who will be responsible for delivery, deadlines and resources.
About you
You’re a detail-oriented producer who’s comfortable working across a variety of technologies - Web: HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript / Three.js, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Game Engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine). You know how to translate creative briefs into technical requirements and keep complex builds on track without losing sight of the vision. You enjoy solving problems, getting stuck into the details, and working closely with developers and creatives alike.
You’ll need to feel confident managing digital projects end-to-end, from initial proposals and production plans through to QA and launch. You’ll also need a calm, solutions-focused approach that helps everyone around you do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Interprets the client’s goals and leads the scoping of new briefs and contributes to pitches and proposals
Lead the production of interactive digital experiences, from proposal to delivery
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
Leads and facilitates meetings
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and 3D artists
Write and manage clear project documentation and statements of work
Problem-solve production issues and keep projects moving forward
Reviews work for quality and alignment with objectives
Presents the work, explains rationale, and gathers client feedback
Building trust with clients by demonstrating expertise, strategic thinking, and ownership of quality
Process Implementation: introduce or improve workflows, tools, or methodologies.
Skills & Experience
3+ years experience as a digital producer, digital project manager or similar
Strong background in producing web-based or real-time interactive work
Experience with projects built in Unreal, Unity, or modern web frameworks
Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams (design, dev, 3D)
Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members
Skilled in client communication (verbal and written) and negotiating scope changes
Confident juggling multiple projects and priorities
Organised, detail-oriented, and clear in your communication
An eye for good design, UI and UX
A genuine enthusiasm for interactive storytelling and an active interest in emerging technologies and creative digital experiences
What We Offer
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
