Our client, a global beauty company, is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager. This position will be defining and implementing the Internet strategy of the BPI brands for the US, and growing the business significantly on line while enhancing Social Media presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support brand initiatives with development and implementation of Digital Marketing strategies by creating programs that are aligned with overall brand growth objectives, image goals and new product launches.
  • Utilize all internal resources (i.e. L2 database) to identify growth pockets and drive action to optimize performance.
  • Develop innovative concepts and online marketing strategies and briefs. Coordinate the design, development and production efforts.
  • Partner with Sales Account Executives to plan seasonal calendar per retailer.
  • Develop dedicated digital and promotional marketing calendar and implement programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with retail partner Social Media teams to drive sales, enhance image and build brand awareness.
  • Establish and keep track of ROI on all digital marketing initiatives to measure success of campaigns & strategies and contribute to departmental competitive analysis to keep abreast of the market trend.
  • Analyze and issue monthly ecommerce sales reports to all relevant stakeholders and management teams

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience (2-4 related to e-commerce marketing)
  • Must be digitally savvy
  • Ability to work under pressure and fluctuating deadlines
  • Strong user understanding and demonstrated experience in web content, usability, architecture, technology and digital to deliver best user experience
  • Beauty industry experience required
