Job Requirements The Integrated Communications Supervisor is the primary manager of the day-to-day requirements of communications planning.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operation of all media activity
• Prepare and present plans, including objectives, strategy rationale and all back-up materials
• Act as primary point of contact for client’s stewardship requests
• Learn and understand all phases of the clients’ marketing objectives and provides media recommendations to deliver against these objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses, both from a current situation perspective, as well as a historical perspective
• Understands Media Research resources, capabilities and limitations
• Establish strong working relationship with partner agencies, ensuring the delivery of a seamless communications process
• Foster strong client/Agency, sales, and vendor relationships
• Check work of Associates and Assistants to ensure accuracy
• Train and develop assigned Strategists and Assistant Strategists in planning principles and philosophies
• Manage group dynamics between Associates and Assistants
• Identify career development opportunities for Associates and Assistants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of media planning experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong mathematical abilities required
• Strong presentation skills required
• Ability to delegate
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
