The City Lead is the most demanding and important position for ClassPass's growth. As the lead for ClassPass in San Francisco, you and your team will be responsible for all aspects of the development and growth in the SF market. Your team will be the driving force behind ClassPass's presence in San Francisco. You'll ensure local marketing, customer support, studio partnerships, account management, PR, social media, and revenue targets are managed effectively and efficiently. This is an incredibly important job - if you're ready to take on this challenge we want to hear from you!

Manage the P+L for the San Francisco Market.
Continue to grow and maintain ClassPass's network of studios.
Grow the ClassPass community and brand in SF through partnerships, events, and PR.
Develop and share best practices with other City Leads to help scale our other cities.
Manage and grow the San Francisco team with top talent.
Desired Skills and Experience

5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Track record of delivering on a revenue target.
Experience growing, building, and managing a team.
Passion for fitness.
Familiar with San Francisco.
