Job Requirements The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can think creatively and strategically, can work directly with seasoned sellers to provide them with compelling ideas and proposals, and can work in a fast paced environment. This is an ideal position for a candidate with strong online advertising experience to expand your responsibilities within a growing and dynamic organization. This position is based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in creative brainstorm sessions to conceptualize ‘big idea’ revenue- generating programs?
• Write compelling proposals in response to RFPs and proactive pitches
• Lend direction with regard to development of rich media, contests and sweepstakes, and other non-standard advertising programs?
• Collaborate with Creative Services designer on mock ups related to proposals and on all post-sale ad product executions
• Post-sale project management of custom ad products development and event-related program elements

• At least 4 years digital marketing experience, preferably in media/advertising?
• Strategic and creative thinking skills a MUST - including the ability to come up with ideas that are feasible, positioned for success and fall within budget
• Ability to take the lead in brainstorm meetings with seasoned sales executives
• Strong writing skills a MUST
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms and executions
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel?
• Working knowledge of online research tools (Quantcast, comScore, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus
