Reporting to Scratch’s Director of Business Development, the Manager will research, analyze and articulate cultural and industry trends.
Candidates should have a strong interest in business, culture, media, and marketing and possess a keen curiosity about how these forces interact.
•Support the development and execution of projects (e.g., assessments, strategies, research studies, videos, creative concepts, presentations & events)
•Contribute to research and analysis of industry trends and business problems (e.g., tracking press, researching potential clients’ and partners’ businesses)
•Perform and oversee research and analysis of cultural forces and phenomena (e.g., tracking trends in media, marketing, and beyond; generating ideas for further research; identifying opportunities to deploy our understanding in the completion of client work)
•Organize and synthesize findings, identify gaps, and surface insights in written materials, narrative-driven presentations and orally in meetings
•Prepare and present output to create pitch materials, thought pieces, client deliverables, team briefing documents and a variety of written and oral formats
