High-end hospitality company is seeking fresh new talent. The role will include a full scope of marketing initiatives including but not limited to PR, digital strategy and events. The person will report directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and PR and interface daily with venue management and culinary team.

• Work closely with corporate marketing team and venue management to create and maintain highly effective marketing campaigns and promotions whilst maintaining brand image and yearly budget
• Develop, plan and execute a range of fundraising, corporate and marketing events in venue or offsite, ranging from intimate dinners to receptions for more than 500 guests
• Create, update and engage conversation via a comprehensive social media plan for all platforms working alongside Corporate Digital Coordinator
• Update outside PR team with media-worthy assets (menus, promotions, celebrity sightings, etc.) and assist in developing a comprehensive public relations campaigns for online, print and broadcast opportunities
• Coordinate the development, printing and distribution of marketing collateral with in-house Graphic Designer
• Create and summarize weekly reports and attend meeting with local team and corporate office
• Maintain master database and strategize creative ways to communicate with our clients
• Organize, supervise and negotiate all contracts for photo shoots and TV/movie filming for venues
• Conduct market research within loyal customers base as well as performing competitive analysis
• Research new marketing tools and ideas, publications, websites, and set up meetings with outside vendors
• Attend weekly networking events to build relationships and partnerships

• 2-3 years Public Relations, Marketing or Communications or related field experience
• Hospitality/food-related experience preferred
• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office); willingness to learn new digital platforms
• Familiarity with dominant social media platforms
• Passion for restaurants and knowledge of local food industry
• Exceptional written communications skills, including the ability to produce and edit technical and creative writing
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in on a wide variety of tasks
• Friendly & outgoing personality
• Outstanding ability to multi-task and prioritize
