Job Requirements Entertainment Weekly (EW) is seeking an eager, enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated and strategic Account Manager to join their NY staff. The candidate will be responsible for selling advertising in EW and EW.com.

Candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience with solid relationships, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record. Individual must exude a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and thrive on being part of a high volume, fast paced team-oriented environment.

Beyond the above, we are looking for the following minimum requirements:

• Account organization and time-management skills essential

• Must be able to manage the sales processes from prospect identification through close of sales and account renewal

• Must be able to generate creative, on-target ideas that drive incremental revenue to the bottom line.

• Must have creative, compelling, and persuasive presentation skills, plus strong closing skills

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal departments, such as Marketing, and Time Inc. Branded Solutions.

• Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of strategic and consultative selling.
