Are you a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker with a passion for media and a knack for identifying innovative opportunities? We are seeking an experienced Freelance Director of Media Strategy to lead our media planning and execution. This role will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create a comprehensive media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharma and HCP with a focus on Oncology. This is a contract position with potential for extension or conversion.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.2. Lead the development of strategic media plans, including traditional, digital, and social media channels.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.4. Identify new media opportunities and trends to optimize media spend and performance.5. Manage media planning, buying, and optimization across multiple channels.6. Conduct workshops and pitches to communicate media strategies to internal and external stakeholders.7. Develop and manage clients' customer journey through various media channels.8. Monitor and analyze media campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.9. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media strategies align with creative execution.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying, with a focus on digital media.2. Proven experience in the Pharma and HCP sectors, with a focus on Oncology.3. Strong understanding of the customer journey and how to leverage media to influence it.4. Experience conducting workshops and pitches, and ability to effectively communicate media strategies to a variety of audiences.5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.8. Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms.9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
