Busy Independent Automotive Repair shop seeking a full time Service Writer for Mondays through Fridays. Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and honest, have a professional appearance, exceptional customer service and phone skills. Prefer someone with Service Writer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet patrons and accurately record their vehicle concerns.Answer the phone throughout the day / Schedule work.Order parts for Work Orders.Create Work Orders with specific details for mechanics.Prepare cost estimates.Contact customers for approval for additional work or cost beyond what was brought in.Accept payments from customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Maintain professional and friendly demeanor.
