Job Requirements • Oversee monthly movie programming process for the Online Storefront, including management of monthly avails and notifications for program suppliers; creation of monthly New Release movie and Library movie schedules and associated materials; approval/proofing/dissemination of Online Storefront monthly movie and television schedules
• Online category management (creation/management of categories coinciding with licensing/acquisition of content)
• Liaise with IT team to address system-related and supplier-related issues specific to the storefront
• Help in development, design and enhancements to the Online Storefront
• Work with the Marketing Department to assign sale prices and promotions to high profile titles
• Day-to-day management of program supplier relationships, including materials/correspondence, contractual issues and notifications, schedule management and weekly/monthly conference calls
• Work closely with VOD Operations to ensure titles are published to the Online Storefront in a timely manner and to remove or correct titles per studio instruction or for quality control issues
• Provide updates at weekly status meetings
• Special Projects on an as-needed basis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
• Background/familiarity with programming helpful
• Prior experience with relevant program suppliers or MSO contacts helpful

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
