The Sr. Coordinator will assist and support the Marketing team in creating ad sales marketing proposals and execution for Sprout client sellable opportunities. This position will play an active role in supporting the creation, management and oversight of marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery of marketing partnership. Responsibilities - Serve as day-to-day communication hub for network marketing teams between Client Partnerships team, Sales team and agency/client partners - Develop customized marketing materials for new sales opportunities - Support Manager with RFP management from idea generation through deal close, working with Client Partnerships and Network Partnerships teams -Provide updates of assigned brand integration projects for status reports and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met on projects - Assist in the development and execution management of multi-platform partnership campaigns - Compile, draft and edit marketing plan documents and adapt to a variety of formats for different audiences - Assist in daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Programming, Marketing and Promotions, Research, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, clients and their respective agencies - Prioritize and track opportunities; manage partnership timelines, workflow and report team progress to Manager/Sr. Director - Attend location shoots, events and activities as needed/warranted by marketing partnership deliverables - Gather competitive research and advertiser media spending - Support partnership "post" analysis process

- Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3 years' experience at an agency, media company or sales organization where responsible for marketing partnership development, presentation and execution - Knowledgeable about kids industry and competitive landscape - Solid experience working with Microsoft Office, QuickTime Pro, Final Cut, Adobe Pro - Knowledge of sales/marketing strategy
