The Opportunity:

The Revenue Operations Manager will be the primary owner of internal and revenue-generating activities. This person will coordinate the streamlined delivery of orders to media partner traffic teams and creative upload systems, steward campaigns throughout the flight dates, assist with end-of-month billing and payments, driving and implementing operational product requirements and work closely with internal product development teams, sales and operational teams within clypd’s partner ecosystem.

The Revenue Operations manager will…

Have 3-8 years of experience in an ad operations or support role within the television industry
Deep understanding of linear TV and dynamic VOD advertising workflow.
Have shown proven talent in managing multiple concurrent projects with different teams
Enjoy communicating status across the organization and will build repeatable process for streamlining this communication
Must be comfortable with aggressive schedules, setting direction and priorities.
Be process-oriented
Participate in building the team out and mentoring new team members
Drive requirements for product feature enhancements related to operational activities within clypd
Create and establish operational metrics for distribution among internal and investor groups
Work with clypd business development team to understand inventory availability for responding to the RFPs
Become internal subject matter expert for the understanding of media partner limitations, goals
Steward campaigns across multiple suppliers and individual orders within suppliers
Be comfortable using 3rd party systems and communicating requirements with those vendors
