Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Manager, Advertising and Brand Management, this role is responsible for assisting in the management of all consumer facing digital marketing for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy program.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops content and manages overall site function for GoodNeighborPharmacy.com.
Manages all Good Neighbor Pharmacy social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram.
Manages functionality of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy mobile app
Coordinates digital content and advertising campaigns across all digital platforms.
Monitors campaign response rates and disseminate results to management and region GNP managers/directors.
Maintains monthly reporting information for the various programs
Assists with the development of creative, including copywriting, layout, design, and editing.
Creates templates for each major initiative that will assist in streamlining, organizing and standardizing repetitive procedures.
Works closely with the Coordinator, Program Communications, to coordinate marketing and advertising initiatives
Ensure that brand standards, including logos and other related GNP messaging, are upheld throughout the pharmacy network.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Performs other duties as required.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as marketing, public relations, communications, business administration or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires 2-4 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of AmerisourceBergen retail programs
Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
Knowledge of web design and functionality preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong computer skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator
Ability to be multi-task oriented
