Join us at Token Metrics as a Crypto Video Editor and Animator. We are looking for a talented individual to arrange, assemble, and process recorded and stock footage into engaging videos that align with our vision and goals. Your work will help expand our market reach and increase viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Video Production:
    • Create high-quality videos and short clips.
    • Develop content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
    • Edit film pieces for smooth transitions.
    • Organize video files.
    • Export videos for mobile and web.
  2. Editing Process:
    • Understand team needs and review scripts and raw footage.
    • Trim, sequence, and add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
    • Produce rough and final cuts ensuring logical flow.
    • Consult stakeholders and implement new editing techniques.
    • Adjust formats and ensure compliance with standards.
  3. Channel Growth:
    • Develop strategies to grow the Token Metrics YouTube channel.

Required Competencies

  1. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
    • Experience with digital editing tools like Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Final Cut, Edius, Photoshop, Lightroom.
  2. Social Media Expertise:
    • Experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
  3. Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with crypto or trading industry is preferred.
  4. Script Writing:
    • Strong skills for engaging content.
  5. Candidate Profile:
    • Proven work experience with a strong portfolio.
    • Knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
    • Skills in effects, 3D, and compositing.
    • Creative storytelling and trend awareness.
    • Organized, problem-solver, self-motivated, and passionate about crypto.
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
