Token Metrics is seeking a talented Video Editor and Animator to join our team. You will arrange, assemble, and process recorded and stock footage into engaging videos that align with the director's vision and project goals. Success in this role means producing dynamic, audience-appropriate content to expand our market reach and increase viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality videos and short clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Edit film pieces to ensure smooth transitions and organize video files.
• Export videos optimized for mobile and web distribution.
• Review scripts and raw footage to create shot lists, trim, and sequence footage.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects; produce rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth flow, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and explore new editing techniques.
• Develop strategies to grow and retain subscribers on Token Metrics' YouTube channel.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; experience with Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Final Cut, and non-linear editing tools like Edius, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Experience with social media content creation, especially for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Familiarity with the crypto or trading industry is a plus.
• Strong scriptwriting skills for engaging video content.
• Proven work experience with a strong portfolio of videos.
• Knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity, special effects, 3D, and compositing.
• Creative storytelling, digital trends awareness, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and a passion for the crypto industry.
