Job Duties
Auto Repair Service Writer/Sales Experience
Estimate all appointments accurately and complete a thorough review process with eachcustomer
Harness the power of words and mind reading to make a strong customer connection andconvert opportunities into sales
Leverage the power of internal and external communication to obtain timely and properrepair authorizations
Foster strong relationships with customers as a customer relationship expert bycommunicating the post repair plan along with all vehicle status updates
Apply their attention to detail superpower to prepare and complete all required paperwork
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective vehicle repair
